• Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and apply to all products we offer in our store.
• All products offered on our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
• Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original purchase condition and packaged in its original packaging.
• Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and specified order number so that it can be replaced with another product in case the product is corrupted, has a defect, or is not used as agreed.
• The amount is fully refunded to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the product presented on our website.
• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
• A deduction of 30% or a minimum value of 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or issues mentioned.

When will my order arrive ?

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery agent. We provide a group of delivery agents based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there international delivery?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. You can request international delivery from the store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the product's weight and rates for international shipping companies not currently registered in the store.

In case of a manufacturing defect in the product?

You should read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a product defect and an agreed return, the company’s shipping cost is calculated, and the freight is returned to the customer. The product value is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders and there is a discount ranging from 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about the quantities.
